These terms apply to services supplied by Kivyu Automation (contact: yassinefusion9@gmail.com). Our services are for business customers only.
Automation Audit (£295), Workflow Build (£795 per workflow) and Care Plan (£95/month), each as described in the written scope agreed before work begins. Prices are as stated in your written quote.
Audits are paid in advance. Builds: 50% deposit, balance on delivery. Care Plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
You provide accurate information, timely access to the systems in scope, and confirm you have the right to let us process any data involved. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies.
We will demonstrate each build. You have 7 days to report defects against the agreed scope, which we fix free of charge.
If we cannot deliver the audit, you get a full refund. Deposits are refundable if you cancel before work starts.
On full payment you own the deliverables built for you. We keep our pre-existing tools and know-how and license them to you as needed to use the deliverables.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit. Automations should be monitored by you; we are not responsible for decisions you make based on their outputs. Third-party platform outages and changes are outside our control.
Each party keeps the other's confidential information private.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
